​Q. If you can't access the website you usually visit, what can you do to solve the problem? Leave a message, or call the company?

What I do when I can't access the website that I visit is that I check the connection of internet. And then I try visiting the website a couple of times.
If it doesn't still work, I go onto other websites. If there's a problem in the website I want to visit, other websites should work.
But if other websites work fine, then I would leave a message on the page of the website's customer service and ask them why it's not working and request solutions to fix it.
