온라인을 이용한 티켓 구입
Q. If you bought a ticket online, but the ticket didn't arrive in the specified date, what would you do?
If the ticket didn't arrive on the specified date, I would call the customer service of the website immediately. I would first check if I get a full refund since it is their fault, and strongly complain to the manager.
I would ask for a compensation and I will never use the website ever again if there is no proper compensation.
