​​Q. ​If you bought something online, but you haven't received it or the item is not what you ordered, what would you do?

I normally buy books I want to read on online bookstore website. I have been using that site more than 5 years, so I have some experiences of not receiving the books I ordered on time.

First I would write a complain opinion and tell I didn't get the books that supposed to be delivered earlier on the customer service webpage. If they don't answer or there is copy&paste answer, I would call customer service immediately.

Then they usually would suggest discount coupon by way of apology. If I still want the book, I would get the coupon and wait for it to be delivered.
