My sister likes the particular brand pizza, so we order the same pizza in the same store every time. Last time, we ordered the pizza and went to there to get it after few minutes. The cashier asked me my phone number and checked the order list. Suddenly, he said to me that he gave my pizza to previous customer. So he went to exchange the pizza. After another 10 minutes, he gave me the pizza with apologize. Before I brought the pizza, I opened and checked it. It was broken and not hot anymore. I complaint about it, so they made new one and gave me some salads with meaning of apologize. We enjoyed hot pizza with salads. It was so delicious, so my anger melted.
