기억에 남는 사건
Q. Have you ever had anything memorable happen to you at a restaurant? Maybe someone was late or got lost. Or interesting happened during the meal. What was the situation and what happened?

It was near my sister's birthday few years ago. She wanted to eat delicious food, so we went to "O" steak house. We had a free coupon for coconut shrimp, so we ordered it with two main dishes. They served a pasta first and the shrimp was last. The pasta and soup was good, but coconut shrimp was too sweet. A crispy batter with coconut powder was a problem for us. My sister couldn't eat at all.

I called the hall manager and said. "It's too sweet for us, so we couldn't eat anymore. Can you remove this sweet coconut batters?"
He apologized about that immediately and he gave a service that we could choose one more menu for free.

We were surprised about that. That's why people go to the expensive restaurant. We enjoyed new menu and satisfied about his good service. That is my good memory of the "O" steak house.
