​Q. How do people in Korea typically spend their free time? How often do they have it? What do they do? How about young people? What are the things older people do? How is it different from the past?


People in Korea get summer and winter vacation. Bath last for about one week and people who work usually go on a trip.
They get about 20 personal holidays each year and they occasionally take their day-off to do personal things such as taking care of the house errands or going to see a doctor.
Young people like to travel abroad in these days. And older people too.
When my parents were young, they would mostly travel domestically, but recently more people are traveling to foreign countries. People in Korea love to visit other countries, eat foreign food and take pictures to upload Facebook or Instagram. Many young people are crazy about showing their life of luxury on SNS.
I also love to travel around the world because I want to learn foreign culture and make foreign friends to be a great man. I want inner development, not outer luxury.
