​Q. Tell me what you normally do at a bank.

I go to the bank few times a year. I don't go as often as people used to because now I can do almost every banking tasks in smart phone applications. I only go to the bank to make new bank accounts, credit cards, and certifications.
I actually went to the bank last month to cancel an installment savings account. It was a middle cancel, so the banker had some problem to do that. I had to wait for an hour to end of it. I was so upset, but I understood the banker in the end. She just worked for the bank and was not familiar with the task I gave her.
The interest rate of the account was 3% per year, and it was not bad. But I had to 15.4% tax for it. I was really annoyed about the tax system.
